What each one costs

Read the basis, not just the number. One of these is priced on sends and the other is not, so the cheaper option depends entirely on the shape of your list.

Nimbl Mail
R249 – R1,195/month

Three plans in rands: Solo at R249 for 10,000 emails a month, Starter at R695 for 50,000, Enterprise at R1,195 for 100,000. Unlimited subscribers on every one, month to month.

Everlytic
On request

Three tiers (Foundation, Accelerate and Accelerate Plus), quoted on list size and monthly send volume, from 2,000 to 100,000+ subscribers, on a twelve-month contract and excluding VAT. SMS and WhatsApp carry additional charges.

Being straight with you

Which one you should actually use

Pick Everlytic if
  • You need email, SMS and WhatsApp from one platform and one invoice.
  • You want onboarding, training and an account manager as part of the deal.
  • An annual contract suits how your organisation buys software, and procurement prefers a quote to a price list.
  • You have a large team: their top tier allows far more users than most platforms.
Pick Nimbl Mail if
  • You want to know the price before you book a call, and start sending the same afternoon.
  • A twelve-month commitment is more than you want to make to a tool you have not used yet.
  • Email is the channel you actually need, and you would rather not pay for two you do not.
  • Your list is large but your sending is modest. Paying by send is simply cheaper that way round.
