The difference that reaches your invoice.

Nimbl Mail

We charge for emails sent, so the size of your list never changes your bill. That works in your favour when the list grows faster than the sending does.

Mail Blaze

Mail Blaze charges by subscriber count across many small increments, so the bill tracks your list. On a small, stable list that is genuinely cheaper than we are.

What each one costs

Read the basis, not just the number. One of these is priced on sends and the other is not, so the cheaper option depends entirely on the shape of your list.

Nimbl Mail
R249 – R1,195/month

Three plans in rands: Solo at R249 for 10,000 emails a month, Starter at R695 for 50,000, Enterprise at R1,195 for 100,000. Unlimited subscribers on every one, month to month.

Which one you should actually use

Pick Mail Blaze if
  • Your list is small and stable. At 1,000 subscribers their published R108 a month is less than any plan we sell, and we would rather tell you that than have you find out.
  • You send rarely and in bursts, where buying credits beats a monthly plan.
  • You want to try before you pay, and their 14-day trial needs no card.
  • You want transactional email included on the same plan.
Pick Nimbl Mail if
  • Your list is large relative to how often you email it. Paying by send is the cheaper shape of bill in that case.
  • You are adding subscribers steadily and would rather your costs track your sending than your growth.
  • You want unlimited sending domains without it changing the price.
  • You want POPIA tooling and warm-up handled for you rather than as something to configure.
